  2. The coleslaw on its own will yield around 10 servings

  3. For the roll ups, simply take a spoonful of coleslaw and spread it over the slices of ham. Roll up like a swiss roll or roulade

  5. Great if you're avoiding bread, you can add a little lettuce inside or they can just be part of a nice salad

Ingredients

  1. Coleslaw
  2. 1 head cabbage, finely sliced / shredded
  3. 2 tbsp grated onion
  4. 1 carrot, finely sliced / shredded
  5. 120 ml Vickys Mayonnaise from my recipe link below
  6. 65 grams sugar
  7. 120 ml coconut milk
  8. 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp white or apple cider vinegar
  10. to taste salt & pepper
  11. Roll-ups
  12. 10 slice ham
