To make the coleslaw just combine the mayo, milk, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar and whip together well. Add the veggies and season to taste with salt & pepper

The coleslaw on its own will yield around 10 servings

For the roll ups, simply take a spoonful of coleslaw and spread it over the slices of ham. Roll up like a swiss roll or roulade

My hubby makes these while he's waiting for his supper lol

Great if you're avoiding bread, you can add a little lettuce inside or they can just be part of a nice salad
