Step:

  1. Wash palak and cut in 1 inches

  2. Cook the palak, radish for 2 whistles in pressure cooker

  3. Blend the palak in smooth paste

  4. Take a kadai heat ghee add jeera, adrak, chillies when it crackled add onion and saute till brown. add tomatoes and cook till soft

  5. Add rest of ingredients and cook 5 minutes more. Serve hot

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch palak
  2. 1 radish
  3. 200 gm paneer
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 tsp chopped adrak (ginger)
  7. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. as par taste salt
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 3 tbsp ghee
