Step:

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients and mash the sabji

  2. Take a ball size dough and roll it in small circle and fill 2 tsp of filling in it and again roll it with rolling pin and shallow fry on tawa with little oil

  3. Serve with curd and any sauce

  2. 1/2 chopped onion
  3. 1/2 tsp chopped chillies
  4. pinch salt
  5. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  6. 1 cup regular dough
