Step:

  1. mix cake according to box instructions. Pour in greased long rectangle cake pan.

  2. put pie filling in saucepan with butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg

  3. pour1/2 cooled pie filling on top of cake and swirl.

  4. bake according to directons.

  5. pour the remainder of filling on the top.

  6. serve with whip topping

Ingredients

  1. 1 can pie filling (cherry or apple)
  2. 1 box yellow cake mix
  3. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  6. 2 tbsp real butter
