Step:

  1. cut up whole chicken don't use back pieces. Can save in freezer for broth for later meals. broth recipe also on profile.

  2. wash chicken in cold water. place in bowl.

  3. sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder. roll chicken by hand to well coated. Let sit in fridge for 1 hr.

  4. spray casserole dish with non stick spray and place chicken in it. bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. cover with an aluminum foil tent.

  5. while. chicken is baking melt butter in skillet and saute onion, bell pepper, and celery.

  6. add both cans of soup and the milk.

  7. let it get hot and pour over the chicken.

  8. cook chicken until it is done. according to your oven.... it should take another 20-30 minutes ..

  9. * can be served with rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.

  1. 1 cut up chicken
  2. 1 salt, pepper, garlic powder
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom (reg)
  4. 1 can cream of celery (reg)
  5. 1/2 can milk
  6. 1 small onion (minced)
  7. 2 stalks celery (minced)
  8. 1 small green pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
  9. 2 tbsp butter
  10. 1 * can use chicken pieces, me and my hubby like legs and wings
