Step:

  1. Line cookie sheet with foil.

  2. Melt candy coating in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in cranberries and nuts.

  5. Spread on foil lined cookie sheet.

  6. Cool completely.

  7. Break bark into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

  8. Store in tightly covered container.

  1. 1 (1 to 1 1/4 pound) package vanilla flavored candy coating or almond bark, cut into pieces
  2. 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or dried cherries
  3. 1 (3.25 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
