Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Wash the eggs, then blenderize the eggs with the shells included.

  3. Add butter, sugar, apple and carrot to the eggs.

  4. Blenderize briefly to mix.

  5. Stir together with dry ingredients until just combined.

  6. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until springy to the touch.

  2. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2 cup softened butter
  6. 1/3 cup sugar
  7. 2 eggs with shells
  8. 1/2 cup chopped apple
  9. 1/2 cup shredded carrot
