AMIEs SWEET PARMESAN cake

Combine eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl then mix well.

Pour-in the butter, cake flour and baking powder.

Beat until the texture becomes smooth.

Combine the patmesan cheese and milk gradually.

Put the mixture in a greased cake pan and bake in moderate oven 160°C for 50 minutes.
