Step:

  1. Combine the cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla and blend smooth

  2. Top each cookie with some of the mixture

  3. Cut the green off each strawberry so you have a wide flat end and place one on top of each cookie

  4. Put the rest of the cream cheese into a piping bag and pipe a pompom onto the top of each hat

Ingredients

  1. 10 large strawberries
  2. 10 vanilla cookies (I used my vanilla butter cookie pops recipe from my profile)
  3. 200 grams cream cheese, Violife is a vegan brand most shops sell
  4. 2 tsp icing/powdered sugar, sieved
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
