Step:

  1. Blend together milk, mango puree, cardamom powder and rose water.

  2. In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, the blended smoothie

  3. And the raisins (save some to garnish). Refrigerate overnight.

  4. To serve, spoon into individual bowls / glasses and garnish with remaining raisins, almonds, saffron and cashews. Enjoy just as it is or as an after-meal dessert.

  5. 1 tsp. rose water
