Step:

  1. Cook pasta as per instruction when cooked set aside

  2. Chopped chicken to bite size pieces then in a large saute pan (oven proof) fry untill brown

  3. Add onions, garlic and cook untill soften

  4. Add tomato puree and tomato passata and basil cook for 5 mins

  5. Add pasta and mix together

  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese

  7. Bake at 180° in a pre heated oven and bake for 20 or in till golden

  8. Serve with green salad

  1. 300 g skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  2. 1 large onion chopped
  3. 2 garlic cloves crushed
  4. 1 tbs tomato puree
  5. 1 carton (500 ml) tomato passata
  6. 2 tsp dried basil
  7. 400 g pasta spirals
  8. 160 g grated low fat cheese
  9. to taste Salt and pepper
