Mushrooms fricassee by aunt Marika

Clean the mushrooms (don't wash them in order to avoid them absorbing water).

Sauté the onion in a pot and add the mushrooms.

Then add the lettuce, coarsely cut and if necessary, a little water.

Season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat.

When it is cooked add the lemon juice.
