Wash the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
Boil the water. Dissolve the stock cubes in a cup of water and add the stock to the vegetables.
Let them boil until tender. If more water is needed, add some from the hot water that you aldready have ready.
Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with the finely chopped dill and the parsley.
Dissolve the mustard in cup of boiling water, then add the juice of the lemon and the corn starch.
Pour them over the fish and the vegetables and shake well to incorporate.
Let the food boil for 10minutes and a little while before you serve it, season with freshly ground pepper and add the rest of the olive oil, raw, on top.
