Step:

  1. Wash the grapes well, place them in a pyrex baking tray, add the sugar and the vanilla.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Cover with moist greaseproof paper.

  4. Bake for one hour.

  5. After half an hour remove it from the oven and mix well.

  6. Continue baking for half an hour more.

  7. Remove from the oven and add the lemon juice.

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg grapes for raisins
  2. 800 g sugar
  3. 1 tsp vanilla
  4. 1 little lemon juice towards the end
