Step:

  1. Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)

  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.

  3. Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.


Ingredients

  1. 2 packs yakisoba noodles
  2. 1/4~1/6 cabbage (shredded)
  3. 1 pack bean sprouts (wash and drain water off)
  4. 10 cm Japanese leek (shredded)
  5. any vegetables you like (wash and drain water off)
  6. 5~6 vienna sausage (cut into bite sized pieces)
  7. 2 tsp sesame oil for stir fry noodles
  8. 1/2~1 Tbsp sesame oil for stir frying vegetables
  9. Sauce: (mix in advance)
  10. 1/2~1 tsp * grated garlic
  11. 1 tsp * lemon juice
  12. 1~1/2 tsp * chicken broth (chicken stock powder)
  13. 2~3 Tbsp * water
  14. 1 tsp * salt
  15. to taste * pepper
  16. dried green seaweed (aonori) for topping
