Step:
Mix the flour and salt and knead the flour with water into a slightly stick dough
Place in a bowl and let it rest for 15mins
When you are ready to make your pooris, roll out golf ball size balls into a circular disc
You might need some flour to help with the process (sticky dough!)
Deep fry the discs until slighty brown
To make your poori all puffy, press the puris lightly in the oil when it is frying
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with some curried potatoes or chana masala
