Step:
If you have a grill at home, go ahead and roast the peppers on there - If you don't, just drizzle some olive oil on it and stick it in your oven and it should be alright... maybe not the same flavor, but it gets the job done haha.. :) Once its done just run your knife through it and slice away
I laid out the pizza dough on a well greased baking pan and started by spreading a little crushed garlic on the dough. Next went the rest of the ingredients: Sliced tomatoes, the roasted bell peppers, and the shredded cheese.Make sure you leave 1.5inches - 2 for your garlic bread crust!!! You will notice I added some olives, that wasn't the original plan, but I ended up doing so cause I had to get rid of them ASAP :)
Garlic Bread: In a bowl mix some mayonaise, crushed garlic and the shredded parmesan. Spoon that around the pizza dough, and roll the ends over to form a crust. Your cheese quantity really depends on how cheesey you want your crust to be!
Stick it in the oven at 400F and bake until its done
We loved our pizza and Kingsley walked away from the table saying if we had food like this everyday, it lowers our opportunity of eating out EVEN MORE :)
