Step:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Add the bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, and olives to a bowl

  3. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, garlic, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Mix the ground sirloin and Egg together. Add parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  5. Form equal patties I used egg rings

  6. Put on a baking pan and put into oven these will rise

  7. After 30-40 minutes they should be done

  8. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  9. Serve I hope you enjoy! Add HP sauce or another type of Steak sauce.

  1. 2 pounds ground sirloin
  2. 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper I used a red one
  3. 1/2 cup diced onions
  4. 1/3 cup diced mushrooms
  5. 1/3 cup diced black olives
  6. 1 tablespoon Pink Himalayan salt
  7. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder
  11. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  12. 3/4 cup gram flour / chickpea flour
  13. 2 large eggs
  14. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  15. to taste HP sauce
