Brad's chocolate blueberry pancake

Mix all ingredients except the toppings

Preheat a small frying pan on med low.

When hot rub a little butter on pan and add batter

Cook till edges get dry and cake surface is bubbly. Flip.

Cook a few more minutes until bottom is browned.

Plate. Top with a pat of butter and maple syrup. A blueberry compote would be good on this as well. Enjoy.
