Step:

  1. Place the inner pot in the power cooker express. Place the oil in the inner pot. Turn the dial to 20 minutes. Add the beef and onions. Cook for five minutes. And this spices and cook for one minute.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Place the lid on the power cooker express, Lock lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.

  3. Once the timer reaches 0, the power cooker express will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.

  4. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds ground beef 85% lean
  2. 4 cups crushed tomatoes
  3. 1/2 cup beef stock
  4. 1 large onion peeled and diced
  5. 1/3 cup dried red beans (soak beans overnight)
  6. 1/3 cup dried black beans (soak beans overnight)
  7. 1/3 cup dried navy beans (soak beans overnight)
  8. 1/4 cup chili powder
  9. 1 teaspoon cumin
  10. 1 tablespoon sea salt
  11. 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  12. 1 tablespoon sugar
  13. 2 tablespoons grape seed oil
  14. Sour cream for garnish
  15. Cheddar cheese for garnish
