Step:

  1. Marinade ur cat fish using ur spices n seasonings for 30mins or overnight

  2. Grate ur onions and scotch bonnets and set aside

  3. On a low flame stir fry ur grated onion n scotch bonnets,add little seasoning and turn off the heat

  4. Bring out ur marinated fish and arrange on a baking tray

  5. Pour ur stir fry source all over the fish and sprinkle chopped parsley
