Step:
Grate all 3 eggs,mix boiled potatoes.Add salt, chilli powder and a pinch of garam masala.Make koftas.
Make a slurry of maida and cornflour by adding some water.
Heat oil,dip kofyas in slurry one by one and fry till golden brown.Keep aside.
In the same oil add onion and cashews.Fry till light brown.Take out and grind to a paste.
Add whole spices in the remaining oil.When crackle,add ginger garlic paste.Saute for 2 minutes.Add powdered spices.Add 2 tbsp water and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add crushed tomato and salt,add 1/4cup water.Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes till oil separates.
Add curd.Mix well.Add 1cup watetr,boil and simmer the flame.
Add fried koftas to gravy.Cover and cook for 1 minute on low flame.
Put off flame.Leave for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with boiled rice or roti.

3 hard boiled eggs
2 medium sized boiled potatoes
1 medium sized onion
15 cashewnuts
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp curd
Whole spices:
2 green cardemoms
4 cloves
4-6 pepoer corns
1 "connamon piece
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 big tomato crushed
1 pinch sugar
Salt to taste
100 ml oil
1 tbsp maida
1 tbsp corn flour
