Step:

  1. Heat a heavy bottom pan and roast the Gram Flour/ Besan until the raw smell goes. When done strain through a sieve strainer.

  2. In a bowl add the strained besan and add half of the ghee to it and mix well.

  3. Now in the same pan in which we roasted Besan, add sugar and water. When the syrup starts to boil and reaches one string consistency, slowly add the Besan and keep stirring on low flame.Keep adding the remaining ghee in between. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, transfer to a greased plate. Keep aside to set and cut into desired shapes and serve. Done !

  3. 3/4 Cup Ghee
