Step:
Firstly Take a pan and add spaghetti pasta in hot water and a little bit of salt. Keep a pan filled with water over a medium heat, and let it boil for 9-10 min or as/ the instructions given on the pack.
Then drain the water and rinse the cooked spaghetti pasta over cold water, to stop cooking the pasta. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil and keep aside.
The next step to make a tomato basil sauce, if yoy have basil then it's fine and if not leave it.
Now take 4 medium size tomatoes and give a cut from the middle and keep them into a boiled water, cook them for about 1-2 min till the outer skin of tomatoes comes out easily,
Now remove the skin from tomatoes and let it cool down and then transfer it to a grind and make a smooth paste, once the puree is ready keep it aside.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions. Saute the onions until the onions become tender.
At this stage add the carrots and capsicum and roast the vegetables until soft and is cooked.
Once cooked add in the freshly made tomato puree, the basil leaves if you have
Then add red chilli flakes, red chilli powder (optional) oregano, salt and black pepper and bring the mixture to a brisk boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,mixed herbs, oregano.
Stir in the cooked spaghetti pasta into the tomato basil sauce, stir fry Spaghetti Pasta on high heat until the spaghetti gets well coated with the sauce.
Spread some grated cheese Garnish with some basil leaves and serve hot.
Note- if you want it to be creamy you can add water to make it creamy or you can add fresh cream.

200 grams sphagetti pasta
4 tomatoes
3-4 cups water to boil the sphagetti
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp Oregano herbs
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
as required Grated cheese
as required Any herb cilantro/ basil leaves
