Step:
Add flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl
To another bowl add softened butter (room temperature) whisk it well then add brown sugar and regular sugar and beat it until it becomes fluffy (do not overmix)
Then add in vanilla extract and then add in flour to the butter and sugar mixture and mix together until it combines together to make a non sticky dough.
Sprinkle some milk to bind it well, cover and chill the dough for 15 min in refrigerator.
Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180°c. For 15 min at least
Divide the into equal parts and make a ball, fill Chocolate inside the ball and flatten it on the baking tray, and tuck 3-4 choco chips on the top
Bake for 10 min more and remove when the edges turn to become slight brown in color, cookies will still bake on the tray so remove them. Bit early.
Transfer it to a cookie wire rack and let it cool down.
Store them in air tight container and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.

1/2 cup wheat flour/ plain flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup butter
2-3 tbsp regular sugar
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup choco chip cookies
1-2 tsp milk to bind the mixture
1/2 cup chocolate to fill inside the cookies (optional)
