Halloween Potato Fries

Boil potatoes and mash it. Add rice flour,salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Now make round circle (you can use lid of any bottle) and give shapes with tooth stick.

Add oil in a pan add deep fry them.

Apply tomato ketchup on lip shape. And Halloween potato fries are ready to serve.
