Step:

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spread crust onto greased 13 x9 pan and poke holes in it with fork to eliminate bubbles. Prebake 6-8 minutes

  2. Spread sauce over top and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

  3. Distribute toppings evenly then top with remaining cheese. Finish in oven for another 8 minutes then place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to get it speckled

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 purple onion diced
  2. 1/4 lb ground sausage (I didnt have regular sausage so I used breakfast sausage links and broke them up)
  3. 30 pepperoni
  4. 1-1.5 cups diced portobello mushrooms
  5. 1 cup pizza sauce + 2 cloves minced garlic + 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning+ 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1-8 ounce bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
