Step:
Grate or chop the Chocolate bar at first. Set aside. Add Milk and other ingredients to a pot or kadai. Whisk all of that really well to make it lumpfree. Now keep it on a low heat.
Meanwhile add chopped Chocolate too. Keep stirring it all the while. Otherwise it tends to become lumpy. For a smooth and a shiny texture, keep stirring it until it thickens. As soon as it thickens and attains the desired consistency, take it off the heat.
Keep stirring it and see to it that it's thick but not dried up. It should be of a smooth and velvety textured mix. Keep it aside for sometime. Fill up the Ceramic bowls. Garnish with chopped and roasted Almonds. Refrigerate until chilled and serve. Enjoy!
