Apple Jello Cake

Add all the Jelly packs to hot water as mentioned on the package instructions and mix well. Pour 3/4th of it in a cake pan or a ceramic bowl as desired.

Now allow it to set for sometime on the kitchen counter itself. Place apples on the partially set jelly and pour the remaining jelly mix on it. Now cover this and allow to set in the refrigerator for atleast 3 hours.

Loosen it from the sides with a knife and invert it on a plate. Slice it. Enjoy this as an anytime Dessert cum snack.
