Laban up with scoop of strawberry cheese cake ice cream

I used readymade laban pack, you can also blend curd with some water & then add roohafza syrup into a serving glass.

Lastly drop a scoop of ice cream any brand of your choice. I used strawberry cheese cake ice cream. Enjoy the delicious glass of lassi / Laban up.

Serve immediately when chilled.
