Peach Cobbler

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat add flour, nutmeg and stir until absorbed. Stir in peaches and 1cup of sugar and vanilla bringing it to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and spoon in casserole dish while preparing crust.

In a bowl combine self-rising flour and the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add shortening crumbles, stir in milk into flour until moistened not wet. Add to top of mixture in casserole and cook on 375
