Step:
Dry roast the suji(semolina) until it becomes slightly brownish in appearance.
Put some ghee in a pan and roast the cashews/raisins well
In a separate pan put some ghee again and add the pineapple chunks, mix well with sugar and add the kesar/saffron to make to make the yellowish color
Add 3cups of water and when the mixture comes to boil add the dry semolina, cover it as the mixture may splatter.
Garnish with the chopped nuts/raisins

1 cup suji (dry roasted semolina)
4-5 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup broken cashews
1/2 cup raisins
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups water
Pinch kesar (saffron)
