Step:

  1. Preheat oven

  2. Mix all vegetables in leftover potatoes

  3. Heat little oil a the cook these vegetables to dry and mash them

  5. Add dhania (coriander)

  6. If you like add chopped chillies.

  7. Your filling is ready, check the taste

  8. Roll puff pastry but not very thin, cut in squares mine was already in square.

  9. Make cuts on one side as shown in pic (optional)

  10. Put filling on one side and fold to close and press edges

  11. Make all and place them on a greased oven tray

  12. Apply egg on them

  13. Bake at 180 c for 12_15 mins till nice golden brown colour comes.

  2. 1/4 tsp salt if required
  3. Flour for dusting
  4. 1 egg beaten
  5. Puff pastry as required
  6. 1 tbsp grated carrot
  7. 2 tbsp boiled peas
  8. 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  9. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  10. 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  11. 1 cup or more leftover aalo sabzi
  12. 1 tsp oil
