For Paneer Bhuna Frankie
Heat oil in a deep pot, add cumin seeds and let it splatter.
Add onions and cook till it's golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste and red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Cook for a while.
Add the spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomato puree, curd and kasuri methi and cook for 2 to 3 minutes util the oil separates.
Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Adjust the gravy consistency by adding water. Cook until the gravy becomes thick.
In a mixing bowl and add cake flour, salt and oil. Knead the dough with water. The dough should be soft and stretchy.
Flatten the balls and make chapattis.
Full cook the chapattis util brown spots appears

On a pan add the half cooked chapattis.
On the chapattis apply the sandwich spread.
Apply chilli sauce and then sprikle some chat Masala
Add the stuffing, sprinkle carrot and cabbage.

11/2 cup cake flour
