Step:

  1. Remove the methi leaves from the stems of the methi leaves. Wash the leaves properly in running water. Remove in strainer and keep aside to drain all the water.

  2. Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Once it splutter add curry leaves and chopped onions. Saute till onion turns translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and salt. Mix well and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.

  3. Add green peas, mix and cook for a minute or two. Further add washed methi leaves, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame.

  4. Serve hot with roti or Paratha.

  1. 300 gms Methi Leaves
  2. 1 tbsp Oil
  3. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  4. Leaves Few Curry
  5. 1 Big Sized Onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. 1 Big Tomato finely chopped
  8. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  10. 1.5 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
  11. as required Salt
  12. 1/2 cup Boiled Green Peas
