Garlic Spice Mix Grilled Toast

In a mixing bowl take all ingredients of spice mix,mix nicely and make a smooth paste.

Now apply spice mixture evenly over bread slices.

Heat 2 tsp oil in grill pan for first batch and place mixture applied side of bread on the pan,grill nicely and flip it and grill nicely from another side too.

Make rest of the toast with same process.
