Spinach omelette

Keep a pan pour oil add onion tomato and saute for few minutes add spinach

Add capsicum salt, saute for dew minutes and switch off the stove.mix egg with salt and pepper and add the sauted items and mix well

Add cheese or mozarella cheese and mix.keep a pan or cooker pour water keep a stand and place the egg bowl and close it with a lid.once it is cooked switch off the stove.

Yummy spinach omelette is ready to serve hot.
