Step:

  1. Garlic 6 seconds/ speed 5.5, add half of the butter 3 minutes/v/speed2

  2. Add the rest of butter, salt & pepper, paprika, 1 min/v/speed2

  3. Add prawn and cooking wine, 8 min/v/reverse spoon. Use butterfly.
