Step:

  1. Add water, butter, pasta and salt to the Instant Pot.
    Place the lid and lock. Cook on manual function for 4 minutes
    Release steam from vent

  3. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, pepper, milk, and cheese,oregano and stir until creamy and thick.
    Enjoy hot or cold.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups uncooked fusilli pasta or any of your choice
  2. 3 1/4 cups water
  3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  7. 50 grams butter
  8. 1/3 cup fresh cream (I have used tinned but fresh is better)
  9. 1/3 cup fresh milk
  10. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
