Step:
Take 2 cups maida in a bowl.
Add ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of carom seeds. Add carom seeds after crushing them with hands
Now, add 4 tbsp of ghee to the Maida and mix well.
Bind the maida properly
Now, pour water gradually in the Maida and knead a stiff dough. Use lukewarm water for kneading the dough.
The dough is ready. Now, cover and leave the dough for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil to it.
When the oil is hot, add ½ tsp of grated ginger, 2-finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and roast them
Take potatoes and mash them
Now, add ½ tsp of cumin powder, ¾ tsp of red chili powder
½ tsp of dry mango powder ¼ tsp of garam masala, and ½ tsp of salt to the pan. Mix the masala well with mashed potatoes and peas
