Step:
Wash cilantro and mint. Then Grind it along with chillies in fine paste
Now mix 3/4th paste in the water. Add black salt, regular salt and squeeze half lemon(adjust as per taste). Adjust the taste by adding extra paste if you like your water spicy.
I dont like to strain the water, but if you prefer then leave water for atleast 25-30 minutes and then strain it to get the best taste. I would recommend going my way as per step 2
Add chopped cilantro leaves and serve it fresh.
Tip : Always use fresh cilantro and mint to get the best green colourAlso I use paste to make chana aloo stuffing. Try it!
