Step:
Divide the idli batter into 3 portion and add cartot puree beetroot puree in two portions and mix well
Now apply ghee in idli plates.And add the batter to your likings.place the idli plate in side the vessel,let it steam for 10 to 15 minutes.once it's cooked switch off romove from plates and serve hot..
