Step:

  1. Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup and add water to make 2 cups, microwave until boiling

  2. In a large bowl, add boiling juice to Jello and Knox gelatin

  3. Add cranberry sauce and smoosh; then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well

  4. Pour into desired moulds (fills 2 loaf pans), cover with Saran Wrap to prevent skin forming, and refrigerate until well set

  5. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries when ready to serve

Ingredients

  1. 1 large pkg raspberry Jello
  2. 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  3. 1/2 cup celery, diced
  4. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  5. 1 pkg frozen raspberries
  6. 1 can crushed pineapple (15oz)
  7. 1 packet Knox gelatin
  8. 1 cup port wine
