Step:

  1. Mash potatoes, add in spices, seasonings, 1/2 bread crumbs and butter then mix well until combined.

  2. Coat or dust the eggs with flour. Take a portion of mashed potato and coat or cover the egg well. Dip in bread crumbs to be coated.
