Chop potatoes & keep in cold water with1 teaspoon of salt and remove on paper towel & set it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Once you bring the fries out from the freezer, tap with paper towel to remove the moisture now do this procedure quickly make powder of all salt, cornflour,all-purpose flour,garlic powder,black pepper powder mix it roughly then coat well to all fries.
Take a kadhai, add oil to it, when the oil is hot then add fires in it. While frying dont overlap it drop one after the other fry & dont flip immediately give 3 minutes then flip all of them while all are golden remove it on a serving plate.
Sprinkle chat masala & serve it hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise & enjoy the crispy fries.
