Step:
Sift your flour. Add inn cocoa, bicarbonate n mix well. set aside.
Grease your tin (s) n dust well.
Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add margarine, soften it abit then add sugar n whisk tilk fluffy n pale.
Add cooking oil n continue whisking.
Add eggs one at a time as u whisk.
Add vinegar as u whisk.
Add vanilla. Mix.
Add buttered milk as u whisk.
Fold in your flour gently. Once almost done folding, add your colour, fold in well till the colour mixes well.
Pour your butter into yoyr tin (s), bake at 170 degrees for 45-50 mins or until a skewer inserted at the centre comes out dry n clean.
Cool it in the tin when baked for 10-15 mins.
Remove it gently from the tin n cool it in the rack.
Note: Red velvet is very delicate. Handle it with extra care. Serve when ready. If frosting go on n Enjoy.

250 gms sugar
115 gms margarine
1 cup salad oil
1 cup buttered milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp bicarbonate
2 tbsps cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsps Red colour..i used Maimun pradip
