Step:

  1. Beat eggs. Add sugar oil, flour and vanilla. Mix well.

  2. Add apples and nuts. Mix well.

  3. Batter will be thick. pour in 9 in. round baking pan. bake at 325 degrees for about 30 mins. (DON'T OVER BAKE!) Will make 4 layers.

  4. Icing. Mix all ingredients. No cooking.

  5. Put the layers together with the "no cook" icing. Will make a big cake.

  1. 3 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
  2. 1 c. chopped walnuts
  3. 2 c. sugar
  4. 1 1/2 c. oil
  5. 3 c. self rising flour
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 tsp black walnut flavoring
  8. 3 eggs
  9. Icing
  10. 8 oz cream cheese
  11. 1 stick butter
  12. 1 box confectioners sugar
  13. 1 c. chopped walnuts
  14. 1 tsp vanilla
  15. 1 tsp black walnut flavoring
