Step:

  1. Combine ingredients. Add water until dough is wet-feeling & quite sticky. Roll into balls & Press/flatten with fork & place on cooking tray. (Chill dough if needed/desired in order to retain form before rolling & cooking; Or, you know....just do it the messy way ;D)

  2. Bake at 165C until lightly browned, or until just cooked, as preferred. About 12-15 min. Cool on wire racks.

  3. Note: these biscuits do not hold together well and are quite crumbly. We like them like this, but if you would like them to hold together better, you can always try soaking the ground up oats first to reconstitute them oh, and you can always add a little bit more water. We considered adding another egg, or half an egg, which is certainly something you can try, but we like them crumbly so we have chosen not to.

Ingredients

  1. 300 g peanut butter
  2. 150 g sugar (darker sugar is preferred)
  3. 60 g oat flour
  4. 1 egg, whisked
  5. 5 g baking soda
  6. 15-25 ml water (as needed)
