Step:

  1. Cook the pasta as per instructions ok the packet.

  2. Meanwhile make the sauce. Put the beetroot in the blender and add all the ingredients except feta and dill. Blend until smooth paste.

  3. Crumble feta cheese and mix with dill.

  4. Once pasta is cooked mix it with the sauce and put feta mix on top. Enjoy !

  2. 600 g cooked beetroot
  3. 100 ml olive oil
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 4 cloves garlic
  6. 1 large chili pepper
  7. 200 g feta cheese
  8. 20 g fresh dill
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. Extra olive oil for serving
